God is working

Part of what I want to do through this blog is share the many different ways that God is working through students, parents and teachers. Here are a couple of things that were shared in our faculty devotions this morning.

1. Two second graders went to the principal with some "banners" that they had made. They want to sell them because they want to help Dr. Casino, the elementary chaplain, send Bibles to North Korea. These girls' parents are going to help them.

2. The second graders are learning to use their Bibles. The other day their teacher saw them playing a game during their free time. They were playing "Sword Drill"! In case you don't know what that is, that's when someone says a verse reference and everyone tries to be the first one to find the verse.

3. Some senior girls went to their teacher. They want to have a Bible study with her to talk about relationships.

4. A muslim girl in 4th grade signed up for Worship Dance club.

5. A mother from a VERY muslim country is memorizing Bible verses and coming to elementary chapel!

Keep checking here for exciting news about what God is doing.
