Romans 3:23 and Romans 6:23

I was trying to figure out what verses my students should memorize this quarter. I decided that they should learn the verses from the "Romans Road". These are verses from the book of Romans that explain how to become a Christian. After I assigned the verses I thought maybe I should have picked some verses they weren't so familiar with. However, I believe they were the right verses to pick.

Last week as you know I was in Thailand. Laura subbed for my Bible class. She related the following to me. All the kids took 2 quizzes while I was gone on these verses. Fatima, Hauwra and Dui got everythng wrong on the test except for the Bible verses. My Saudi Arabia girls and my student from Thailand now have God's Word hid in their heart. They may not understand the words right now but someday they will know that, "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, that the wages of sin is death, and best of all that, "the gift of God is eternal life". Exciting isn't it?!
